SHIPPING POLICY
All Items will be despatched once we receive full payment via Royal Mail or Courier Service.
Method of despatch is at our discretion to give you the customer optimum saving on cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have an excellent RETURNS policy with a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee from the day in which you receive the product. In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item using Royal Mail, in the original condition and in suitable packaging. Prior to posting please contact us via email cjsboutiques.outlook.com, just so we can expect your delivery stating your reason for returning. Once received a full refund minus initial despatch charges (unless faulty) will be refunded.
If you would like an EXCHANGE provided it is not a Custom made item, please send the item back to us, in the original condition and suitable packaging. Once received we will exchange the product(subject to availability) and return. Additional Shipping costs will apply.
Custom made items CAN only be returned/exchanged if damaged in transit as we will forward all relevant information including pictures prior to despatching.
